Cancellation Policy
A full 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment , excluding unanticipated emergencies. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a full 24 hours advance notice, , a late fee of $75.00 will be incurred. This amount must be paid prior or at the time of your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
If an appointment is forgotten or is missed for any reason baring an emergency, it will incur a $75 "missed appointment" fee.
Late Arrivals
When arriving late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, payment will be due for the entire time reserved..
If the arrival time will be more than l0 minutes late, a call notifying the office that you are in route would be appreciated.
