Conditions Benefited

Experts estimate that upwards of eighty to ninety percent of disease is potentially stress-related.  Perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than suboptimal management of stress.

Research has demonstrated massage therapy is  safe , effective, and very beneficial in reducing the negative effects of stress on the body and psyche.

Also equally as effective, and for some a preferred avenue,  is engaging in a facilitator-supported personal  inner exploration into chronically held stress patterns and energetic blockages,  often unconscious and habitual, These, are gently met , identified and held with curiosity and compassion. These explorations can result in a meaningful  integration of mind, body and spirit, with more space for a greater  sense of inner peace, calm, and  sense of  well being.

  • Decreased anxiety
  • Enhanced sleep quality
  • Relaxed nervous system
  • Greater energy
  • Improved concentration
  • Increased circulation
  • Reduced fatigue
  • Enhanced sense of peace and calm
  • Increased lymphatic flow
