Carol has provided massage to clients for over 25 years in Colorado and California. She is a certified member of American Massage and Bodywork Professionals and is certified by The California Massage Therapy Council. Carol began her studies in bodywork at The Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA, where she learned Esalen and Swedish techniques. She then continued studies at The Colorado Massage Therapy Institute in Denver, CO, where Carol studied Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy focusing on the treatment of soft tissue injuries and the alleviation of chronic pain. This groundwork was augmented over the years with numerous additional trainings and seminars
